What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the administration and litigation of probate estates, including drafting and filing probate pleadings and managing the probate process

- Conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues and prepare legal documents

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience working in a probate law firm
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in legal research, writing, and drafting legal documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completion of a paralegal professional certification or advanced paralegal education
- Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for writing and grammar
- Experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
