      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct system training and support the development and implementation of training programs
      - Perform duties related to adult training programs, including preparation and documentation
      - Assist with system practice management changes and understand related processes
      - Document identified process updates and contribute to writing revenue services newsletters
      - Prioritize educational needs across the revenue cycle, ensuring alignment with operational policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue services
      - Strong understanding of operational policies and procedures
      - Experience in the development and presentation of training materials
      - Degree in healthcare or business-related field preferred
      - Ability to arrange schedules and document attendance for training programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience in developing and presenting training materials
      - Previous experience in a healthcare or business training environment
