      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and facilitate training modules for new hires and ongoing staff development
      - Coordinate training schedules and ensure content meets departmental needs
      - Serve as the point of contact for Training Directors and create "Train-the-Trainer" modules
      - Collaborate with IT to establish effective training environments and resources
      - Create and review training assessments to gather feedback and improve training effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-year college degree in Business or Healthcare, or equivalent experience
      - 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in business process improvement
      - 2-3 years of experience with Business Process Innovation
      - Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically revenue cycle
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes
      - Experience with system design in a database environment
      - Familiarity with project management methodologies
      - Understanding of research methodology principles and procedures
