What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support investigations and impact assessments, identifying appropriate CAPAs for clinical MFG productions
- Communicate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure clear communication across the manufacturing lifecycle
- Collaborate with Process Development teams on process optimizations and new technology
- Write and review technical documentation
- Lead process improvement initiatives involving cross-functional teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field and 4+ years of industry experience; Masters degree with 3+ years of experience; PhD and 1+ years of experience
- 3+ years of experience with cell therapy-based therapeutics
- Prior experience with GMP manufacturing
- Experience managing external relationships
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Process Development, Manufacturing, and/or Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) for cell or gene therapies
