What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in process improvement or process reengineering
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated presentation and team facilitation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in an Enterprise Automation or Operational Intelligence COE environment
- Proficiency in utilizing Process Intelligence technology (Task Mining, Process Mining, Process Discovery, etc.)
- Familiarity with SQL database platforms and data modeling/data warehousing
- Experience with business intelligence/reporting systems (Cognos, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar)
- Positive attitude, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
