How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in business process improvement or technology roles
- Certification or educational background in Business Process Management, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Process Design
- Knowledge of the financial services industry
- Experience influencing both technology and business teams
- Technical proficiency with tools such as Excel and automation technologies
