What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with executive leadership to identify and select Lean Six Sigma projects aimed at cost reduction and client satisfaction improvement
- Lead consultative projects with significant enterprise impact, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with project teams on process improvement planning, communication, and training needs
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes to provide accurate guidance and support
- Review documentation and metrics to inform process improvement strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in process improvement, consulting, or product development OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in process improvement, consulting, or product development
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
- Experience in risk and control identification and partnering with risk
- Ability to apply structured problem-solving methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Value Stream Mapping
- Experience utilizing ARIS BPMN Software or other BPMN Software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in process improvement, consulting, and process modeling at a large financial institution
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or a comparable certification
