What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage performance and transaction quality for the repurchase process and reacquired vehicle management (RVM) groups
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of required collections documents
- Evaluate transactions for quality and provide feedback
- Set up cases to ensure repurchase packets are correct
- Assist with case research, resolution, and closing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with three or more years of customer care experience
- Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ohio resident with high-speed internet access and a secluded work environment

- Previous work experience in call center, retail, or customer service roles
