What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review detailed credit card processing information for deals submitted for onboarding
- Conduct research when new customer processing issues arise
- Confirm or troubleshoot processing Merchant IDs (MIDs)
- Monitor automated processes and reports to ensure they are accurate and operating effectively
- Pursue best practices for management of card processing including compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 - 3 years of experience in an operations or related role
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, and Outlook), Salesforce Lightning
- Ability to navigate databases and use Excel
