      - Handle general administrative duties, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and processing mail

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of general office experience
      - Previous data entry experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic Excel
      - Strong communication skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
      - High School Diploma or GED

      - Experience in a clerical or administrative role within the insurance industry
      - Familiarity with legal document preparation and processing
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
