What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain a Procurement and Contract Management Tracker for efficient tracking of contracts and procurements
- Develop and manage a real-time procurement and contract management tracker for easy access to procurement status
- Facilitate Request for Proposal Posting and manage Q&A processes
- Compile and provide scoring sheets tailored to each procurement for consistent evaluation
- Ensure accuracy in contracts, orders, and financial records

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of procurement analyst management experience
- Expert experience in data analysis and making informed decisions
- Strong written communication skills for interaction with stakeholders
- Experience in procurement Q&A management and proficiency with procurement software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in procurement or related field is a plus
- Experience with government procurement processes
