What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for Food & Beverage (F&B), CAPEX, and Facilities, balancing cost, quality, and timelines
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring competitive pricing and alignment with quality standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing needs and drive efficient procurement strategies
- Manage procurement strategies tailored to the unique needs of each category, ensuring effective contract negotiation and vendor performance management
- Conduct financial analysis to assess procurement effectiveness and track progress against savings targets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, finance, or a related business field
- 5+ years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or related role
- Proven expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost-saving strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decisions
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Power BI

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in supply chain, logistics, finance, or a related business field
- 7+ years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or related role
- Exposure to Food & Beverage, Facilities, Services, and CAPEX categories
