Job Description

- College Sophomore, Junior, or Senior level in Supply Chain Mgmt., Business, Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
- Minimum GPA of 2.5.
- N/A.
- Working knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Internet.
- Review Procurement and Warehouse processes to determine where process, procedure and system improvements are needed. Make recommendations to Procurement and Warehouse management.
- Assist in implementing process improvements. This includes participation in the development of the design with the Business to meet departmental goals and objectives. Assist in training users on such improvements.
- Support development of scope requirements for new or changes to existing system functionality and reports. Participate in and lead user testing. Assist in training users on such improvements.
- Perform data analysis to support Business needs.
- Create Power BI reports. Provide routine and ad-hoc reporting based on Business needs.
- Perform more complex assignments with direct guidance and supervision.
- Assist in the Material Master creation process.

Provide procurement analyst support in accordance with company procedures and strategic goals while under the direct supervisor’s guidance. Assists or performs the following duties; performs analytical reporting related to various procurement metrics, creates data reports through Power BI, Excel and other reporting tools; assists in review of contract pricing versus invoice pricing; works with Sr. Analyst on other reporting tools and functions and assist in gathering data within the Citgo systems. Learns Material Master creation/process. Maintain records and files as needed. Perform basic analytical tasks and industry research.
