What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) in managing small business inquiries and providing necessary support
- Collaborate with the SBLO to foster relationships with small business owners, industry associations, and government agencies
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities and small business utilization
- Support the procurement team in compliance with federal regulations such as FAR and DFARS
- Provide general administrative support to enhance procurement processes and organizational goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related roles, preferably in a government contracting environment
- General understanding of federal regulations, including FAR/DFARS
- Excellent analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret data for decision-making
- Proficiency in vendor data management systems and tools
