What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and support system-related procurement processes, including audits, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Automate manual procurement processes and standardize vendor connections to the system
- Track and maintain support KPIs and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with vendor technical contacts and support technical builds
- Serve as a liaison between internal staff and Product Engineering and Data teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in support roles related to Procurement/ERP systems
- Proficient in procurement process management with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical staff
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Experience in integrating third-party web applications and services into procurement processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with EUNA EqualLevel or SAP Ariba
- Familiarity with cXML and EDI standards
- Experience with Intacct software
- Passion for process improvement through innovation and automation
