Job summary
The three Partner Trusts have set an objective of creating a single procurement function which will help support the sustainable provision of clinical and non-clinical services.
A newly formed Humber & North Yorkshire Procurement Collaborative, hosted by Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, will provide procurement and supply chain services to its Partner Trusts, and may extend over time to service other bodies within the Integrated Care System.
You will work as Systems Support across all Partner Trusts supporting the implementation of a one single procurement system across all three trusts and providing ongoing support to ensure data integrity. You will provide advice and guidance to buyers and suppliers to ensure the systems are always up to date.
You will, through the agreed policies and procedures, contribute to the delivery of a range of procurement services throughout the Partner Trusts.
You can choose your base from a wide range of sites across Hull, York, Scarborough and Grimsby.

Main duties of the job
You will ensure IM&T information is processed in accordance with policies and procedures and investigate routine enquiries and queries from stakeholders, providing assistance and advice as required. You may need to assist in adapting the system software, information reports, analyse and interpret datasets to support the analysis of spend data. Will provide training to Procurement and non-procurement colleagues across the Trust to ensure systems are being used correctly.
You will present the procurement collaborative as a progressive, responsive and innovative group who provide new thinking which works collaboratively to positively influence others' perception concerning the value of effective and efficient procurement services.
