What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively participate in detailed design sessions to elicit requirements from users and stakeholders
- Document requirements in Jira and develop supporting artifacts such as user stories and process flows
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of release notes and user guides
- Lead bug triage sessions and track issues to resolution
- Work closely with process owners and end users to map business processes into system specifications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Basic data analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Strong analytical and product management skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or other Agile Lifecycle Management tools
- Proficiency in Business Productivity software, including Microsoft Office and/or Google apps
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of US Healthcare and Life Sciences operations
- Experience working with technical teams to resolve issues
- Previous experience in business requirements elicitation and analysis
