- Collaborate with Product Owners to contribute to product roadmap and prioritization activities.
- Develop product features and requirements documents to meet roadmap execution.
- Lead in grooming sessions for roadmap with cross-functional product, design, and technology teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners such as Product, Client Services, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Technology to spearhead product planning and socialization sessions.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, market and client needs, and present findings in a summarized format to product leadership.
- Articulate and communicate product roadmap, product positioning, market differentiation, value proposition, and benefits in a manner that resonates with key audiences, use-cases, and markets.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create updated client and consumer-facing communications and update sales materials.
- Assist in developing training materials to encourage acquirer and merchant adoption of the product.
- Define and monitor key product success metrics and operational targets.
- Support and develop presentations for client calls, and lead presentations for clients.
- Define non-technical elements critical to product success, such as rules, user experience, commercial enablement assets, pricing, branding, and GTM plans.
- Collaborate with regional and global client-facing teams to ensure market and ecosystem readiness for deployment at scale.
- Create business cases and models using Visa data and external research to support the development of new products, services, solutions, and features; conduct revenue potential and pricing analysis.
- Provide thought leadership in strategy & planning, content & messaging, and measurement & analysis areas.
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
- Experience with payment processing products and solutions
- Experience commercializing B2B solutions, developing financial models and business cases
- Experience building product roadmaps and features
- 2 years Product management experience
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Proficiency in product management best practices and understanding of the payments ecosystem.
- Passion and ability to bring innovative products to market, ability to work autonomously with ongoing supervision from manager and leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize and communicate complex information effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both technical and executive
- Ability to work within a fast-paced and well performing teams

Essential Functions
Visa is seeking a dynamic Product Analyst who is driven by the desire to innovate and shape the future of payment products. This role is an integral part of a team dedicated to launching a ground-breaking Visa service with global reach, captivating consumer experience, unique platform features and strategic significance to Visa.
The Product Analyst will play a pivotal role in articulating product vision and delivery, managing functional requirements, steering feature enhancements, prioritizing tasks, and overseeing product operations. As a product champion, you will collaborate closely with Technology, Processing, Product Delivery and Regional teams to prioritize, devise solutions, develop, and implement key product features, ultimately launching successful products. You will also be responsible for roadmap items and identifying product expansion opportunities through collaboration with various internal groups.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 113,700.00 to 145,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
