      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Leverage Python, SQL, and analytics platforms to provide data-backed recommendations for product improvements
      - Define and evolve KPIs to analyze user engagement, product success, and revenue impact
      - Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize features and enhance user experiences
      - Build and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time product performance monitoring
      - Manage analysis projects and spearhead analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment and decisive action

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role in a product-centric environment
      - Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
      - Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to various audiences
      - Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or another applicable quantitative discipline

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
      - Knowledge of machine learning techniques or predictive analytics
      - Experience in fast-paced startup environments or on consumer-facing digital products
