What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Use SQL to create custom queries and visualizations to provide insights into user behavior and product performance
- Analyze campaign performance across various channels to optimize strategies for lead generation and user engagement
- Collaborate with product management to analyze user flows and feature adoption while translating data into product experience recommendations
- Build dashboards and visualizations to track key marketing KPIs and inform budget allocation and campaign improvements
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of experience in product and marketing analytics in a tech-driven or venture-backed environment
- Proficiency in SQL with the ability to build and interpret visualizations leading to actionable insights
- Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, or similar tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using predictive analytics to forecast user behavior or marketing outcomes
- Familiarity with automating reporting processes or data workflows
- Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical teams
- Experience optimizing the customer journey to enhance user experience and conversion rates
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing environment
