- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce user-friendly, action-oriented content
- Develop microcopy for in-app experiences, including buttons and error messages
- Contribute to campaigns promoting new features, services, and educational content
- Conduct user research to refine communication and understand Member and Therapist needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a product, marketing, or tech environment
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Strong ability to write in a clear, concise, and conversational tone
- Basic understanding of UX writing principles and audience-tailored messaging
- Passion for mental health and a desire to positively impact people's lives
