What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with and provide product expertise to the NEO team to ensure a successful technology build is developed to support our business today and in the future.
- Work with underwriters and partners to develop products to meet market demands and optimize AXA’s value proposition.
- Stays abreast of and learns about products, programs, and services available to customers to improve market offering and brand.
- Recommend, deploy, and ensure conformity to standard technology applications.
- Utilizes data to evaluate situations and make appropriate recommendations regarding strategic activity, risk mitigation, etc.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive experience in Travel Insurance product and marketing
- Contract negotiation and administration
- Product Development
- Strong financial acumen
- Executive presence
- Experience in a highly regulated environment
- Ability to service large complex customers
- Sales
- Ability to work cross functionally and influence positive outcomes
- Strong communication skills (written, listening and speaking)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
