- Act as a technical resource for process-related issues, providing guidance and support to engineers at the site.
- Implement, monitor, and optimize assigned manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to engineers and production teams on best practices and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot process issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements for all assigned processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess process changes and their impact on the manufacturing chain.
- Lead all change management-related projects, including CM tool deployments.
- Train site employees on Change Management (CM) processes, including ECN, MCN, and PCN.
- Conduct audits to ensure the proper and efficient execution of the CM procedure.
- Improve site CM processes through standardization, optimization, and simplification of projects.
- Work closely with the Manufacturing Engineering Manager to align process improvements with business goals.
- Maintain technical documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and troubleshooting guides.
- Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in an appropriate engineering field highly preferred
- 2 to 4 years of work-related experience or an equivalent combination or education and experience.
- Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or electronics manufacturing
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to assess the impact of changes on production.
- Leadership capabilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
- Experience in troubleshooting and implementing process improvements.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies is a plus.

How will you make an impact?
The Product Engineer is responsible for facilitating engineering processes at the site, supporting other engineers, and ensuring operational excellence in the assigned manufacturing processes. This individual will implement, support, train, and troubleshoot processes within the facility, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. As a key contributor to the engineering team, the Product Engineer must understand the entire manufacturing chain and the impact of process changes and be recognized as a leader in driving process improvements and operational excellence. Additionally, the Product Engineer will lead all change management-related projects, including CM tool deployments, train site employees on Change Management (CM) processes such as Engineering Change Notices (ECN), Manufacturing Change Notices (MCN), and Product Change Notices (PCN), and conduct audits to ensure proper execution of CM procedures while improving site CM processes through standardization, optimization, and simplification of projects.
