What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a resource for resolving complex customer technical inquiries and product-related issues
- Respond to customer product inquiries through calls, emails, and chat while documenting trends
- Provide information about product selection, growth characteristics, and culturing procedures
- Investigate issues and escalate complex problems to Senior Management while maintaining tracking records
- Maintain accurate customer information and document product issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of related experience or equivalent experience
- Prior lab experience or degree in biology (or related field) is highly preferred
- Required customer service experience with the ability to train others in science or customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sense of urgency, and creative problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications, with strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior coursework in cell biology, microbiology, or lab experience
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Experience working independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess problems effectively
