**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Manage and oversee multiple product implementation project plans efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and facilitate communication
- Educate parties on project requirements, expectations, and timelines throughout the project duration
- Ensure product specifications are met through quality control milestones and testing procedures
- Identify and address project delays or challenges, communicating proactively with management for resolution

**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, account management, or customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
