      Position Details:

      You will oversee maintenance and quality of existing product information and the curation of new product information to ensure complete and accurate information in the Product Information Management (PIM) System. Support projects related to curating and maintaining product information while ensuring the data integrity and hierarchy structure.

      You will report to the Senior Pod Lead, Product Information.

      This is a hybrid role and is onsite in Chicago or Lake Forest, IL or Janesville, WI 3 days a week.

      You Will:

      • Perform product information activities such as data analysis, editing, applying updates resulting from normalization, technical content support and other teams related to content issues, and ensuring the consistency of product information.
      • Clean, maintain and normalize product information based on our priorities and using defined processes.
      • Participate in PI team projects that support priorities.
      • Work with peers and multiple partners supporting overall merchandising projects
      • Address data content, consistency, and Taxonomy issues and analyze the best way to implement within the product information data model.
      • Execute additions, changes, and deletes to the Taxonomy structure.
      • Support new product introduction and maintenance processes for product information.
      • Review product information for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
      • Respond to and act on customer feedback about product selection and data accuracy.

      You Have:

      • BS/BA required or commensurate work experience.
      • 1+ years of PI experience.
      • Experience managing and analysis of product information data. Accomplished at analyzing large sets of data and sorting relevant information.
      • Awareness of increasing customer expectations around Product Information. Understanding of Product Information strategies.
      • Ability to understand technical information, concepts, and decisions. Demonstrated ability to use technical support or technical data. Can quickly learn, become competent in, and apply new technologies or processes.
