Product Liability Associate Attorney ( Hybrid in White Plains, NY ) ( Full-Time )
Location: Hybrid schedule in White Plains, New York
Salary: $115K - $175K Base Salary

Must Haves:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the State of New York
• 2+ years of defense litigation experience
• Product Liability experience preferred

My Client is seeking a Product Liability Associate Attorney.
This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation attorney looking to advance their career in a dynamic, high-growth practice.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter eager to take on increased and substantial responsibility in defense litigation, with a focus on product liability matters.

Responsibilities

• Take a leading role on a dynamic and growing Products Liability litigation team
• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
• Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the State of New York
• 2+ years of defense litigation experience
• Product Liability experience preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Legal project management experience
