      Our Team:

      The AGS Service Business Unit provides support to customers utilizing Applied Materials systems for wafer fabrication.

      The opportunity and what you’ll do:

      The candidate will work within a team to grow service revenue and improve margin performance with an emphasis on utilizing data analytics to improve the efficiency of existing programs and service offerings.

      The ideal candidate will apply Engineering based understanding and data analytics to service agreements, and spare part trends to find correlations to guide strategy development.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Uses data analytics to glean insights on how to grow service business revenue and margin.
      • Uses data analytics to characterize performance of the AGS installed fleet and ties in this knowledge to service product development.
      • Facilitates Intercompany communication to align on product strategies, provide guidance on pricing, spare level contents, and restricted part orders.
      • Manage Strategic vendor Issues.
      • Manage Product Development, Continuous Improvement Programs, changes, and communication.

      • Proficient with valuable data analysis tools:
        • Power BI
        • Excel
        • JMP
      • Fundamental understanding of statistical analysis
        • Control charts
        • Control limits
        • Box plot analysis

      Functional Knowledge:

      • Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities
      • Program Management skill is a plus

      Required Education and/or Certifications:

      • B.S or M.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Material Science, Electrical, Industrial) or Business Administration with a focus in Data Science

      Years of Experience:

      • 1-3 years’ experience in semiconductor and/or data analytics

      U.S. Salary Range:

      $96,000.00 - $132,000.00

      The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
