What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead discovery efforts to identify and validate AI-powered solutions for STEM education
- Own and maintain a well-structured AI/STEM-focused product backlog
- Analyze the AI and STEM education landscape for market trends and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and communicate requirements
- Assess and present the impact of product initiatives to stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related STEM field
- 3+ years’ experience in product design and development
- 2+ years’ experience in product management or as a business analyst
- Deep understanding of STEM education markets and digital learning tools
- Experience in effectively communicating complex information to various stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in product management or design focused on higher education
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in education
- Passion for EdTech or teaching
- Product Management or Agile Scrum certification
- Programming or prototyping experience
