      The Opportunity:
      CACI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Manager to oversee the Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) Product Catalog. This role involves managing the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process in Salesforce (SFDC), coordinating procurement and fulfillment operations, and ensuring seamless vendor and logistics management. The ideal candidate will have additional experience in operations, supply chain, and IT infrastructure, with a strong understanding of data center hardware and high-compliance environments.

      Responsibilities:

      Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

      • Lead the rollout and administration of the Archon Cards PLM process within Salesforce (SFDC).

      • Configure and maintain product catalogs, price books, bundles, and asset tracking.

      • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and support teams to streamline quote-to-order workflows.

      • Manage CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) configurations for complex product offerings and pricing rules.

      Operations & Fulfillment

      • Coordinate procurement of components from third-party vendors (Dell, Cisco, SonicWall, etc.).

      • Manage integration workflows, including work orders, inventory status, and production queues.

      • Work with Logistics, vendors, and shipment processes, ensuring timely delivery for Logistics to perform proper asset registration.

      Vendor & Distribution Management

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.

      • Negotiate contracts, track purchase orders (POs), and monitor supplier performance metrics.

      • Evaluate and onboard logistics providers specializing in server racks and data center equipment.

      Post-Sale Support

      • Implement tracking for customer-specific and vendor-specific warranty agreements.

      • Oversee case management workflows tied to service-level agreements (SLAs).

      • Enable proactive renewal and upsell campaigns through Salesforce automation.



      Qualifications:

      Required:

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of related expereince.

      • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

      • 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or product lifecycle management.

      • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and PLM tools.

      • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.

      • Familiarity with data center hardware, server rack logistics, and IT infrastructure is a strong plus.

      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

      • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

      Desired:

      • Experience with DoD sales and contracting.

      • Experience in high-compliance environments (e.g., DoD, NIAP, CSfC).

      • Prior experience implementing PLM processes in an enterprise SaaS or hardware company.

      Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.       The proposed salary range for this position is:

      $56,000-$117,500
