What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Clinical Chemistry Portfolio
- Create and maintain a clear product roadmap outlining key features and timeline
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development process
- Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years’ or Master’s degree with 7+ years’ or Doctoral degree with 4+ years’ experience in laboratory diagnostics, medical device, or related field
- 3+ years Product Management experience in laboratory diagnostics, medical device, or related field
- Experience in financial analysis/modeling
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a global clinical laboratory environment
- Knowledge of laboratory workflow processes
- MBA preferred
