- Define HMI innovative solution roadmap which address car OEMs, Tier1 and Tier2 needs
- Product manage the solution across the lifecycle from definition, through execution to deployment
- Define and execute comprehensive value proposition and strategy to position and promote the offering
- Set-up, then manage, strategic technical and marketing collaboration with the key actors to ensure our solution align with customers’ needs
- Drive NXP technology adoption in for the next generation of automotive cockpit solutions, support and equip the field and sales team to engage OEMs, Tier1 and Tier2
- Track the overall regional Design-Wins progress and drive actions to meet and exceed targets
- Monitor market landscape and position NXP solution benefits
- Creation and maintenance of the marketing materials
- Act as key stakeholder for product launch definition, messaging and roll-out
- The position has a worldwide responsibility with key focus on EMEA, US, China and Japan
- 8+ years in the field of high technologies (preferred semiconductor and/or automotive domains) and customer-facing roles
- MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in the automotive field and/or HMI is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of commercial successes in product or service positioning
- Self-driven, open-minded, curious, innovative, strong team player and customer minded
- Ability to interact across multiple management levels both internally and externally
- Fluent in spoken and written English, further foreign languages advantageous
- Existing network with the key stakeholders in the Automotive Display activity at OEM, Tier1 and Tier2, is a major benefit for the position
- Understanding of the technical solution and challenges in automotive display solutions
- Willingness to travel when necessary
- This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract

Job Summary:
As part of the Automotive Processing business line, the General Purpose and Integrated Solutions (GPIS) product line focuses on a wide variety of high-volume automotive applications powered by NXP microcontrollers. This position focusses on the next generation of in-cabin experience and how car occupants will interact with the next wave of automotive cockpits.
The product manager will play a leading role, being the driver for the product line with the below responsibilities and accountabilities:
