What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct detailed market analysis for core markets, identifying size, share, and trends
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies in collaboration with the Product Management team
- Support the development of business plans, including marketing strategies and new product roadmaps
- Participate in the creation of marketing materials and support key events such as trade shows
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute new product development and long-range planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, strategy, or product marketing roles
- Knowledge of electrical products and applications
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA preferred
- Experience with technical products, specifically IoT products and Smart Lighting
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as Zigbee, ZWave, or Wi-Fi
- Previous experience in the electrical industry
- Strong analytical capabilities
