What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the “Go To Market” strategy for new products and enhancements within the government suite
- Collaborate with the market strategy team to gather and evaluate product requirements through customer feedback and competitive analysis
- Develop and recommend business requirements for product features, ensuring adherence to product strategy
- Maintain a multi-year product roadmap and oversee the release process of new products and functionalities
- Manage existing products resulting from strategic partnerships and projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of previous product management experience
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
- Proficiency in technologies such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, and Power BI
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in software development is a plus
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical subject is preferred but not required
- Experience in writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
