      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Take ownership of Item Cost Management initiatives to enhance accuracy across business areas
      - Collaborate with Assortment Planning and Vendor Experience teams to develop innovative capabilities
      - Lead the evolution of the Item Cost Management application, shaping its features and functionality
      - Maintain and refine the product backlog, prioritizing high-impact work for the team
      - Foster collaboration across departments to align strategies with company goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four-year degree or equivalent experience
      - 4+ years of product management experience or equivalent domain experience in retail, merchandising, or cost management
      - Proven experience owning and driving product strategy from conception to execution
      - Technical aptitude with a strong track record of collaborating with engineering and UX teams
      - Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex product concepts to diverse stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in an agile environment with a deep understanding of agile practices and frameworks
      - Comfortable presenting and facilitating discussions with stakeholders across a cross-functional product ecosystem
