Job Description

- Develop a deep understanding of the product and our customers, healthcare practitioners, and identify solutions to support their needs in new ways
- Lead discovery activities: actively seek out customer feedback, analyze data and industry benchmarks, partner with UX research, developers and other key teams of the organization to identify opportunities, validate & prioritize product enhancements.
- Drive the delivery roadmap of your product: prioritize the most impactful initiatives, define specifications and partner with the tech teams to ship product enhancements in short iterations, and ensure the greater organization knows and understands your roadmap
- Ensure delivery runs smoothly: help developers understand what we want to achieve and involve them early in the discovery & delivery phase to leverage their expertise, partner with the scrum master and delivery manager to plan and coordinate the releases and lift up any blockers.u00A0
- Drive go-to-market activities and ensure product adoption: collaborate with other teams to ensure coordinated execution of go to market activities, analyze data & customer feedback to define the next iteration phase.u00A0
- You have 3+ years experience in a software / digital product management role
- You have a strong appetite for healthcare topicsu00A0
- You are dynamic and a quick learneru00A0
- You have a strong data driven, problem solving mindset
- You are fluent in English and French
- You have strong communication skills & you are able to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
- You are able to work in a multicultural environment, with teams geographically distributed
