What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage product roadmaps for the CMS and consumer-facing products, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Manage the full product lifecycle, delivering key features that meet user and business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance consumer experience while balancing monetization strategies
- Establish and track metrics and KPIs to evaluate product success and guide optimization initiatives
- Drive the development of innovative consumer products, ensuring features remain cutting-edge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of product management experience with content management systems (CMS) or consumer-facing websites/products in a digital media company
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end publishing process from hands-on experience
- Experience in developing CMS tools at scale, delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in technical environments
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to align stakeholders across the organization

- Experience in the media or ad tech industry, focusing on digital publishing and audience engagement
