What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage cross-functional teams through requirements gathering, implementation, validation, and launch
- Define functional requirements for wireless services and oversee product development processes
- Communicate product requirements to IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Care, and Sales teams
- Lead vendor selection processes and ensure the quality of delivered products
- Document process flows and create features for requirements using Agile methodology

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Proficient in both waterfall and agile methodologies; experience with Jira
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in project management and stakeholder management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficient in tools like PowerPoint, Word, and Visio (or similar)
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
