The Amazon EU Heavy Bulky and Services team is seeking a Product Manager to lead efforts in optimizing our EU Heavy Bulky Retail Supply Chain. This role is based flexibly in any Amazon headquarters in Europe. We are looking for a proactive, hands-on professional with a strong drive to enhance supply chain efficiency and adaptability across our European marketplaces.
As Product Manager, you will define and implement a comprehensive supply chain vision, working in close partnership with key stakeholders, including category teams, strategic supply chain managers, central supply chain programs, and operations. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing strategies to deliver measurable improvements across our EU supply chain, with an emphasis on scalability and cross-market consistency.
This role is available across main EU retail offices.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to dive deep into complex supply chain structures, rethinking and optimizing them to drive substantial cross-company impact. You bring experience in implementing processes and mechanisms that promote widespread adoption within large organizations.
As an expert influencer, you excel in a matrixed environment, adeptly managing a broad network of stakeholders at all levels. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
A day in the life
You will elevate the EU Heavy Bulky Retail Supply Chain by:
Owning and optimizing key supply chain performance metrics such as inventory levels, availability, and delivery speed to enhance overall efficiency.
Representing the Retail team in defining an inventory strategy that maximizes the use of existing fulfillment capacities.
Identifying and driving key areas of collaboration with operations partners, shaping long-term goals and fostering a strong, productive partnership.
Leading peak management initiatives in coordination with Retail and Operations to ensure seamless supply chain performance during high-demand periods.
Developing globally automated heavy bulky supply chain solutions by working closely with global central teams and US counterparts, aligning on innovations that scale.The ideal candidate should have :
Proved background in operations and stakeholder management
University degree
Proficiency in English both spoken and written
5 years of relevant working experience in operations or product management.
