Responsibilities: Ensure the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals Develop the product strategy and roadmap within the assigned area to deliver on business outcomes — growth, customer retention, and revenue – and effectively communicate recommendations to executive leadership Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth Translate the overall business and product strategy into day to day execution Champion responsible, value-driven use of AI, recognizing both its potential and its limitations and help build a culture that values AI fluency, encouraging curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning across the team Interface with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to increase efficiency and improve quality, quantify the impact, prioritize initiatives, and develop execution plans. Bring evidence-based decision-making to communication and prioritization Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact Manage product feature backlog and prioritization of features in upcoming sprints Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources Evaluate product marketing plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for department initiatives, both to optimize current costs, as well as champion initiatives on behalf of internal customers and stakeholders. Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members Engage on enterprise sales opportunities, trade shows, and cross-functional marketing efforts with vendors to assist in achieving revenue targets Perform product demos for clients Minimum Qualifications BS degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent 1-3 years experience driving product management from conception to delivery Experience in Jira, Confluence or other product management software Solid technical background in software development, web technologies, and best practices Problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a great work ethic Effective at cross-functional work in a matrix organization Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to efficiently convert business needs into the technical requirements Expert in internal and external operational systems Extremely data-driven and metrics-focused Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities Ability to initiate and direct technical projects in support of strategic and operational goals Ability to provide strategic guidance and counsel to clientele in the assessment and development of existing and/or proposed systems Experience in B2B product preferred Experience in short term rentals, travel, hospitality, resorts, and/or hotels a strong plus Diversity and Inclusion: We celebrate diversity of thought, culture, and background and are committed to creating an inclusive environment. Compensation: The typical starting salary range for this position is: $100,000-125,000 The actual salary offer will consider multiple factors, including skills, experience, education, and location.
