What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for healthcare solutions, aligning with organizational goals and market needs
- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user needs, business value, and compliance requirements
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities in the healthcare industry
- Collaborate with engineering, design, clinical, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product development and delivery
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field/equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in product management and end-to-end product delivery in the government or commercial healthcare industry
- Experience delivering in an Agile environment and using JIRA, Confluence, and similar applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- SAFe certification and/or practical SAFe experience
