      This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the State of Colorado, Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota.

      Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a "Hybrid" employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office shcedule.

      Overview

      We are looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The Product Marketing Manager for Blackhawk Originals is responsible for driving growth for the Blackhawk Originals, Giftcards.com branded gift card, and Open Loop (Visa/MC) portfolio through the development and execution of successful integrated marketing campaigns. You will provide product line marketing leadership and work hand in hand with the advertising and promotions team, operations team, sales teams, legal/risk teams, product management teams and external agencies.

      The right person for this position will be able to demonstrate their creative energy and passion for the gifting space. This role is unique and requires someone with the ability to work collectively with cross functional partners and a strength in organization and project managment. Creative, content, marketing operations and external agencies support the organization.

      Responsibilities

      Brand expert (SME) for multi-branded gift card products including Gftcards.com and Open Loop, working both internally and externally with clients, partners, and agencies.

      • Own in depth market understanding through sales insights, market research, consumer insights and competitive analysis.
      • Create thorough and effective consumer centric annual marketing plans that drive consumer engagement across all channels, building consumer awareness, consideration, purchase, loyalty/retention, and advocacy for the brand.
      • Measure and track campaign KPIs and optimize plans accordingly.
      • Brand steward ensuring all marketing messaging and promotions build brand equity and are in line with brand positioning and personality. Guide the brand philosophy throughout the company.
      • Develop the positioning and branding for any new products within the portfolio. Collaborate with both internal resources, agency partners, research agencies, strategic clients and partners to launch products that are insightful and meaningful to consumers, address key consumer needs, and drives sales.
      • Craft and execute the Go to Market strategy and coordinate all launch elements with cross functional teams (sales decks, marketing campaigns, legal approvals, accounting needs, and channel optimization).
      • Craft a marketing strategy to drive offline to online conversion for product portfolio, driving consumers to Giftcards.com.
      • Manage and track Blackhawk Originals marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocations across working and non-working dollars.
      • Track and monitor brand health performance across the category, consumer, and customer landscape via a scorecard and brand tracker.
      • Run the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, including but not limited to ad hoc sales and leadership requests, presentations, trade marketing needs, and partnership requests.

      Qualifications

      • B2C/D2C marketing experience across all elements of the marketing mix
      • Demonstrated success in establishing effective marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business results and effective marketing campaigns.
      • Expertise in briefing and managing agencies and internal creative partners.
      • Strong leadership and project management skills to manage agencies, timelines and cross functional teams. Must demonstrate excellence in execution and strong attention to detail.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of independence, frequent communication, and problem-solving skills.
      • Strong analytical skills and a data driven mindset.
      • Entrepreneurial spirit.
      • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
      • Ability to prioritize and focus on “big rocks” with an appropriate sense of urgency.
      • Bachelor's preferred plus 4+ years product marketing/brand management experience in B2C or D2C.
      • Fintech experience a plus. Global experience a plus.

      Benefits

      Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $81,660.00 to $110,250.00

      Salary Range for California Residents Only: $101,660.00 to $137,250.00
