What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and execute the marketing and communication strategy for the employer's products, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy
- Track product marketing performance and recommend modifications to enhance effectiveness
- Support the development of strategic product design plans aligned with growth and profitability objectives
- Lead product material reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Facilitate customer data insights gathering to evaluate content strategy and management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business, Healthcare, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a marketing role
- Familiarity with the healthcare/managed care field and knowledge of government program products
- Experience in content implementation across multiple platforms and mediums/channels
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience writing content related to the healthcare insurance industry
- Previous experience working with state and federal regulators in a managed care setting
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proven project management skills
