What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a trusted partner to new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring their accounts are configured for success
- Assist customers in connecting their e-commerce accounts to the employer's platform
- Provide hands-on support for rebuilding and configuring client campaigns, ensuring alignment with best practices
- Deliver exceptional customer service and training to help customers maximize the value of the platform
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional features or products that align with the customer's goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Product Onboarding role, preferably within the e-commerce or advertising industry
- Strong understanding of e-commerce advertising, particularly on major platforms like Amazon and Walmart
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with SaaS technology and platforms is highly preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering above-and-beyond service
