What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist P&T departments with expense approvals, purchasing, and vendor management
- Maintain organized files and documentation in line with company policies
- Process invoices, validate approvals, and ensure payment timeliness
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve payment issues
- Prepare management reporting and strive for efficiencies to improve ROI

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Drive
