What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and maintain product attributes and related content using internal and external tools
- Define and prioritize enhancements to content and perform quality assurance testing
- Communicate with instructors, operations, and users to understand customer needs and represent them to the product management team
- Serve as an expert resource on test prep products and collaborate on cross-departmental projects
- Develop internal training documentation
- Assist customer service teams in troubleshooting and fixing bugs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, product operations, or product support
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent real-world expertise
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including advanced Excel skills and knowledge of tools such as SQL Server
- Working knowledge of front-end web development concepts and related tools
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate with coworkers from other teams
- Willingness to take ownership of responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and go above and beyond to serve customers
- Basic familiarity with management and productivity tools preferred

- 0-2 years of experience in an education-related service
