What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and prioritize a well-groomed product backlog to support multiple Product Delivery teams
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate the roadmap into clearly defined feature sets and requirements
- Produce user personas, user stories, and process maps to document functionality and operation of features
- Conduct testing with business customers to ensure product functionality aligns with user needs
- Communicate project status to key stakeholders and escalate risks in scope, cost, and timing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5 years of business experience in Membership or Billing functionality within MetaVance or MembersEdge
- 5 years of experience meeting with customers to determine business needs
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, creating detailed product requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information technology, healthcare, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 7 years of experience as a product owner or business analyst in product management or related functions
- 1-3 years’ experience working in healthcare IT
- Technical background with expertise in Agile/Waterfall development methods
- Experience in iterative and user-centric design practices
- Familiarity with design thinking practices to identify pain points and opportunities
