What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and prioritize technology work for the business, adjusting scope based on evolving needs
- Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) and IT to articulate business requirements for technical solutions
- Develop compelling business cases with cost-benefit analysis and translate requests into consumable user stories
- Manage delivery timelines and communicate status updates to leaders and stakeholders
- Participate in acceptance testing and demonstrate solutions to leaders and stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 7 years in a product owner or similar role with proven success in technology delivery
- Strong background in Annuities and familiarity with Annuity Administration and Order Entry platforms (ID3, FirefLight, Affirm, etc.)
- Experience with vendor management, negotiation, and influencing stakeholders
- Strong project management skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
