- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Plex MES integration.
- Align product development with business goals, customer needs, and manufacturing process improvements.
- Collaborate with executives, business leaders, and IT teams to ensure CRM and MES solutions drive operational efficiencies.
- Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features, enhancements, and technical debt based on business value.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements to ensure clear development objectives.
- Work closely with Scrum teams, developers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality, iterative product releases.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Gather and analyze feedback from sales, customer service, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to refine product features.
- Work with business analysts and data analysts to ensure CRM and MES solutions provide actionable insights.
- Define requirements for CRM integration with Plex MES, Boomi, SAP, and other manufacturing platforms.
- Ensure smooth data flow, process automation, and enhanced customer engagement capabilities.
- Advocate for user experience (UX) improvements, ensuring ease of use and high adoption rates.
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics to measure system performance and business impact.
- Lead post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvements based on user feedback.
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree).
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in enterprise software development.
- Strong background in CRM, ERP/MES systems (i.e. Plex, SAP), and system integrations.
- Experience working in Agile environments, with proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and backlog management.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborating with developers and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing industry processes, sales automation, and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and critical thinking skills.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner certification.
- Integration experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Engagement) and Plex MES.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Background in API integrations, middleware solutions (Boomi), and data governance.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or digital transformation initiatives.
