What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and prioritize a team backlog of user stories, including acceptance criteria
- Analyze cross-functional business processes and define integrated user stories using industry-standard techniques
- Manage dependencies and shifting priorities in and across sprints/PIs
- Participate in Agile Release Train ceremonies and Scrum Team meetings
- Coordinate work with Product Management, other Product Owners, and Scrum Master
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent IT Delivery skillset/training/experience
- Experience working in an Agile delivery framework
- Proficient in agile methodologies, techniques, frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban), and agile tools (such as Jira and Confluence)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailored to various audiences
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations proactively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of Payment Card Industry standards
- Familiarity with the retail industry
- Understanding of DevOps and Security best practices
- Experience providing guidance to less experienced Product Owners
